  We waited a full 30 minutes. (12:15 to 12:45) to get our food. The staff appeared overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with drive- through and in-house orders. People were getting angry at the long wait and several left without their order. The tables weren't being washed and they ran out of napkins from the one napkin dispenser they had (l went and found the napkins under the counter when no one came to help). My chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess. Our table was wobbly and we couldn't fix it. On top of everything else, we really disliked the whole set-up of the restaurant. It was a very bad experence!

  I read the reviews and the ones that were the harshest critics were spot on. While I don't feel anyone deserves 1 Star, this store needs a good manager. Hard to believe it's a new store. Word travels fast Arby's. Such a shame because some of the staff were very nice. Wrong management

  This is the first time I got speedy service. Normally starting at 11am lunch service is slow.

  This was the best Arby's that I have visited in Milwaukee. The manager was very friendly and the food tasted fresh. I will travel out of my way to go to this location.
